In general, these tips can be applied to all racewear, in any case refer to the instructions supplied with the garment or to the internal label. Follow these steps to ensure your racewear stays clean, fresh, and ready for your next race.

Washing Instructions:

Check Label and Instructions: always follow the specific care instructions provided with the garment, material is not always the same and instructions may vary from model.

Pre-Treat Stains: if your racewear has stains, pre-treat them with a gentle stain remover or detergent before washing.

Use Mild Detergent: choose a gentle detergent that is suitable for delicate fabrics. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals.

Hand Wash or Delicate Cycle: ideally, hand wash your racewear in cool water. If using a machine, select a delicate cycle with cold water to prevent damage (40° cycle wash is recommended).

Rinse Thoroughly: after washing, rinse your racewear thoroughly to remove all detergent residue.

Drying Instructions:

Air Dry: lay your racewear flat to air dry. Avoid hanging it on a clothesline, as this can stretch out the fabric. Avoid direct exposure to the sun so as not to fade or ruin the embroidery or prints.
